STOP (Source To Outcome Pathway) is a conceptual framework for assembling and linking exposure and effects data.
It spans the Aggregate Exposure Pathway (AEP) and the Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP).
The framework integrates experimental and computational methods across the exposure–toxicokinetics–toxicodynamics continuum to facilitate Next Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA). The STOP computational infrastructure consists of several modules designed to support the capture, structuring, and reuse of environmental monitoring, (eco)toxicological, and computational data in a FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) manner.
qData
UI to standardizes quantitative experimental data submission for regulatory and research use by integrating structured metadata with observations via a guided Data Reporting Format (DRF) aligned with FAIR principles.
qData:
The qData UI is designed to standardize and harmonize the submission
of quantitative experimental data for regulatory and research applications.
eData
UI designed to make extracting data on chemical concentrations in the environment from papers and reports easier.
eData:
STOPeData is a data entry and formatting Shiny app designed to make extracting data on chemical
concentrations in the environment easier.
STOPredictor
UI for environmental risk assessment that integrates monitoring data with effects‑based safety thresholds and interactive analytics.
STOPredictor:
The STOPredictor UI is used to support environmental risk
assessment by integrating environmental monitoring data and effects-based safety thresholds.
